After a moderate aerobic activity, stretching training  is my next goal.  Be careful, I say to myself, stretching needs to be done without harming muscle tensions. There are a lot of exercises but the most common activity of stretching and relaxing is practising Yoga. You can find different and many curses and videos out there you can catch up and practise with less budget.

But…there is another way to be more flexible with an inexpensive equipment, using a rope. Let an inexpensive piece of rope approximately three feet long come to your rescue and get the benefits of increasing your energy level and while relaxing.
